CONFERENCE CALL DATES SET FOR FY12 Perkins Budgets, Claims, and Revisions

Greetings!

This message is for Perkins local coordinators and finance staff. If you have already claimed and received all your FY12 Perkins funds, please disregard this message.


The schedules for the upcoming Impact technical assistance telephone conference calls are now set.

All Perkins local coordinators and finance staff are invited to participate in the conference calls. It's not too late to sign up!

The first two sessions are set for this THURSDAY, APRIL 19 and participants can choose to call in at either 9:30am or 3pm for technical assistance regarding the status of FY12 Impact activities (budgets, revisions, and claims) and dues dates.

The third and fourth sessions are set for WEDNESDAY, APRIL 25 at 2:30pm and THURSDAY, APRIL 26 at 9:30am.

Please click here to go to the meeting scheduler and indicate all times you are available. Enter your school district name first, then the name(s) of those attending (one call-in per district, please).

The call-in telephone number and meeting ID number will be emailed to participants by Wednesday afternoon.

Before the conference call, make sure you know your Impact user ID and password

• You can have a new password sent to you by going to www.okcareertech.org/impact and clicking on the Forgot My Password link in the Sign In box. (The User ID is typically the first letter of the first name and the first four letters of the last name.

NOTE: The schools listed below previously indicated availability to participate on April 19 and do not need to sign up again. (Need to change to a different date or time? No problem, just click on the scheduler link and indicate your new availability.)
