ALL GOOD THINGS MUST COME TO AN END...BUT THE NEW YEAR IS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER!
For Perkins recipients who need all reimbursements completed by June 30, 2012, the final claims are due in the Impact system NO LATER THAN JUNE 10, 2012.
Now is a good time to make sure the Impact budget and the OCAS codes all match, and copies of all required invoices are available. Missing or incorrect information WILL result in a rejected claim and could jeopardize the June 30 deadline.
There are still a number FY12 budgets and other transactions in the Impact system waiting for additional local approval. We need your help!
Please log in to IMPACT, click on VIEW ALL GRANTS, then click on CONTINUE. In the GRANTS box, check the status.
If the status is something other than “Active.” Click on the icon to enter the budget. Scroll down to the “Change Requests” and “Requests for Payment” areas and check the status.
Before our office can approve, please remember -
- Budgets require local coordinator AND finance AND admin approval
- Requests for Reimbursement (claims) require local finance AND admin approval
- Change Requests (revisions) require local coordinator AND finance approval
- The LAST DATE to submit claims for reimbursement is NO LATER THAN AUGUST 1, 2012.
The FLA office wants provide everyone with the best technical support possible when closing out the current year…you will be much more satisfied with the service if you DO NOT wait to complete these tasks.
