The end of the school year will be here before we know it, and we need your help!
The last date to submit claims for reimbursement in the Impact system is August 1, 2012.
The FLA office wants to provide you with the best technical support possible when closing out the current year, and getting the budgets, revisions, and claims processed early eliminates delays for us all.At this time, there are still a number of FY12 transactions in the Impact system still waiting for one or more approvals, and a Conference Call is now planned to review the status of these transactions. The dates to consider are April 17, April 18, and April 19, 2012.
Please complete these two steps as soon as you receive this message:
1. Make sure you know your Impact user ID and password
- You can have a new password sent to you by going to www.okcareertech.org/impact and clicking on the Forgot My Password link in the Sign In box. (The User ID is typically the first letter of the first name and the first four letters of the last name.
2. Click here to go to the link for the meeting scheduler and select ALL THE DATES & TIMES you are available. We will select two events based on serving the maximum number of recipients and send the call-in number in an email.

- Please enter your SCHOOL DISTRICT name first, then the name(s) of those attending (one call-in per district, please)
