The Oklahoma summer is in full swing, and we would like to take just a moment to remind the field of a couple of deadlines that are looming on the horizon.

1. August 1, 2012.  

•      Final Reimbursement claims for all Carl Perkins projects are due through the Impact claims processing application located at the website linked below:

 www.okcareertech.org/impact 

2. July 2, 2012  FY13 Carl Perkins Basic Application for Funding Due

•      Yes this deadline has passed but we still have applications that are either missing sections or have not completed any of the application for FY 2013.  These schools will be receiving a reminder email over the coming week that their application is delinquent.

 3. June 20, 2012

•      This deadline was for the Allocation and Options notification sent by mail to all recipient school's superintendents.  If you have not returned this document please send it to the Federal Legislation division as soon as possible.  Below is a graphic of those schools who are delinquent in returning this form.  Please contact the Federal Legislation Assistance division at ODCTE for assistance if needed on this matter.
