If you have not yet received your user name and password allowing you access to Impact please check your spam email folder and see if it was placed there.

If not located in your spam folder contact your technology guru's and ask them to make sure the email was not blocked entirely.

Finally if still no sign of the email please contact us so that we can get you access.
