First I would like to apologize for the double post that most likely sent you two emails! A slip of the finger and enter sends it your way. So to start this blog I felt the above quote was perfect description of my morning posting!
Now down to business, we have several schools who have yet to send in the Annual Contracts and Debarment form(s) needed from every school that offers a CTE program. I have placed a picture of both of these forms below and linked the pictures to the actual forms from the FLA website.
In addition below is the list of schools that have yet to return either both or one of the documents. Just click on the picture and it will give you a larger size for your viewing!
We also sent this out in fax format so your school may have already taken care of this if so please just disregard.
