FINAL DATES FOR FY15 PERKINS FUNDS

STATUS CHECK

When was the last time you logged in to FY15 Perkins Impact to check on the status of your FY15 Perkins budget, claims and revisions?  Close-out projects can get set aside so easily going into the new school year, and we want to make sure you don't lose out on your funding.  Be sure to click on the "Forgot my password" link in Impact if your has expired or you remember the last one you used.

There are several claims that are either pending local superintendent approval, rejected by our office for corrections, or are still in DRAFT status by the local finance coordinator.
 
Please take a few minutes to look over your files

Claims which remain in DRAFT status and are VALID claims will not be accepted for payment after August 14, 2015.


The schools listed below have not yet created or submitted a claim for FY15.  Please contact Janet or Josh if you need technical assistance.

MARK YOUR CALENDAR(S)!

The following timelines will be enforced for the submission of technology center, comprehensive school, and college/university FY15 Perkins claims for payment:

August 14, 2015:  ABSOLUTE LAST DATE to submit FY15 claims for payment

September 11, 2015:  Deadline for final resolution of any needed claim corrections

October 9, 2015:  Final date that schools will receive payments for claims submitted by the above dates.
